Job Summary:

The Critical Care / Intensive Care / Emergency Room Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in critical condition. They must be able to assess and monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assessing patients' conditions and developing care plans
• Monitoring vital signs and response to treatment
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Responding to emergencies and providing life-saving interventions
• Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in critical care, intensive care, or emergency room
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
