Position Overview
Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international transportation operations across our global supply chain network. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing international shipping documentation, monitoring transportation performance, resolving shipment exceptions, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.

Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international transportation operations across our global supply chain network. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing international shipping documentation, monitoring transportation performance, resolving shipment exceptions, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments from origin through final delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, DGD, and other customs-related documents.
- Route shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and carrier portals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on shipment types (Domestic, International, Wholesale, E-comm, Retail, and FOC).
- Track shipments and proactively monitor transportation milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transportation, customs, and delivery exceptions with Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Parcel Carriers.
- Communicate shipment status updates, delays, and risks to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Escalate critical transportation issues that may impact product launches or inventory availability.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking logs, and transportation data.
- Generate parcel and courier shipping labels utilizing FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carrier platforms.
- Support hazardous materials (HazMat) shipping requirements, including UN labeling and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate shipment returns, redirections, and recovery efforts when necessary.
- Enter and maintain accurate logistics data within NetSuite, WMS, and other business applications.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Operation, Warehouse Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams.
- 1–3 years of logistics, transportation, import/export, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and major parcel carriers.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, WMS, or similar ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and think critically under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK and EU VAT processes preferred but not required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
- Self-directed with the ability to drive results and make balanced decisions.
- Well organized and adept at managing shifting priorities.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve and implement logistical processes.
- Continual sitting and operating a computer; occasional standing and walking throughout warehouse/office environments
Salary : $23 - $27
