Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in City of Industry, CA. This position is responsible for coordinating daily shipment activities, including booking ocean freight, tracking containers, and monitoring delivery timelines. The role involves preparing and reviewing shipping documents, working with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and resolving any logistics issues that may arise. The Logistics Coordinator communicates with internal teams in ASIA and customers to provide shipment status updates, ensure accurate inventory and order information, and support smooth end-to-end logistics operations. The role also includes maintaining data in logistics systems, supporting process improvements, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
