Position Overview
Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator dedicated to managing Free-of-Charge (FOC) shipments across our international network. This role owns end-to-end coordination for FOC orders from documentation, creating shipping labels, tracking and exception resolution. Serves as the primary logistics contact for internal stakeholders and external transportation partners while supporting shipping performance metrics.

The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $21.00 - $25.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible

This role owns end-to-end coordination for FOC orders from documentation, creating shipping labels, tracking and exception resolution. Serves as the primary logistics contact for internal stakeholders and external transportation partners while supporting shipping performance metrics.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate, execute, and monitor international FOC shipments from DC through final delivery.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, Dangerous Goods Declarations, and other export documentation.
- Generate courier labels (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and UN/overpack labels for HazMat shipments.
- Maintain daily tracking logs and communicate shipment status to Customer Operations, Sales, Education, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot shipment delays and exceptions with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FOC logistics inquiries.
- Coordinate shipment returns, rerouting, and recovery efforts when necessary.
- Enter accurate shipment data into NetSuite, WMS, and TMS.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- 1 year experience of export, transportation, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or 3PL experience.
- Knowledge of export regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
- Experience with parcel carriers such as FedEx, DHL, & UPS.
- Experience with NetSuite, WMS, TMS, or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HazMat shipping and UN labeling preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volume, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
- Strong customer service mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
