- Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

The 3rd Shift Supervisor provides direct resident care while overseeing and supporting overnight staff to ensure quality care, safety, and compliance with community standards. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members
- Ensure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan
- Serve as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
- Communicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Dressing and personal hygiene
- Toileting and bathing
- Eating and hydration
- Mobility assistance
- Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living:
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Care of personal belongings
- Monitor resident safety and overall well-being
- Accurately document care and significant observations
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment
- Complete light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Monitor supplies and complete necessary administrative tasks
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
- Participate in and support life enrichment programming when appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia
- Knowledge of the healthcare field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
