Job Type: Begins as Part-Time

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Position Overview

As a CNA at Anam Memory Care, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. You will be an essential member of a collaborative care team focused on safety, engagement, and person-centered memory care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Monitor and document resident health status, behaviors, and changes in condition
• Support residents with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
• Encourage participation in daily routines and life enrichment activities
• Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership regarding resident needs
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care
• Experience working with individuals living with dementia
• CPR certification
