Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The IT Project Coordinator will support the management and execution of the Common App program ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and coordination among team members. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our IT initiatives, which in this program aims to ensures that all identified components, that are key to operation of the enterprise business applications and data, are upgraded to currently supported versions and End-of-Service and End-of-Life components are replaced.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects aligned with program goals.
- Support vendor management and procurement activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to ensure timelines are met.
- Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
- Assist in preparing documentation such as partnership agreements, risk plans, and evaluations.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
- Use project management tools to track performance and goal completion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
- Support adherence to PMO processes and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planview, Procore).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Ability to conduct training and provide user support.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Advanced analytical skills for performance assessment and decision-making.
- Knowledge of PMO processes including portfolio, resource, and risk management.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile certification is a plus.

Pay: $37.00 per hour
