About The Position:
The Implementation specialist will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end implementation process of Sage Intacct ERP. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, project management experience, and effective communication skills.
Work Location:
This is a fully remote position, with the employees primarily working out of their residential home office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead, implement, support, and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software including the core and advanced modules.
- Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting, and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospects.
- Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and quarterly releases.
- Train end users on the Sage Intacct system.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
- Assist with data conversion.

Requirements:
- Candidates must either be present in the USA with a valid visa or have authorization to work in the USA.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
- Sage Intacct Implementation specialist certification (preferred).
- 3-7 years’ experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, leading implementations, and training end users.
- Experience implementing Sage Intacct’s core and advanced modules.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
