Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Data Scientist Programmer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with hands-on experience in Model Governance and Model Risk Management. This role involves building scalable AI applications, developing backend services, implementing governed AI solutions, and ensuring compliance with enterprise AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Build scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, MCP, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Implement RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate and optimize AI applications using RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize, and related evaluation tools.
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions for enterprise environments.
- Develop model documentation and ensure compliance with Model Governance and Model Risk Management standards.
- Design and implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and governance controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10 years of overall IT experience with 2 years of hands-on enterprise GenAI/LLM development.
- Strong Python programming and backend development experience.
- Expertise with FastAPI, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- Experience with GPT, LLaMA, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embedding models, vector search, and AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize).
- Strong knowledge of Model Governance, Model Risk Management, model documentation, monitoring, and compliance.
- Experience with Redis and MongoDB.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Java development experience.
- Experience with Spark, Kafka, Hadoop/Hive, Slurm, or Neo4j.
- Machine Learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics experience.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous banking experience is not required.
