We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients develop or regain the skills needed for daily living. The successful candidate will implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Position Details

- Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment activities based on the Occupational Therapist’s plan of care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and therapeutic exercises.
- Help patients improve coordination, functional movement, and independence.
- Monitor patient performance and report progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Document treatment sessions and patient responses.
- Educate patients and caregivers on recommended techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Work with the rehabilitation team to support patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Applicable certification, as required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Salary : $35 - $40
