Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment use.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Occupational Therapist license.
- Applicable professional certification, as required.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
- Rehabilitation experience preferred.
