HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Fleet Response Operator to join its team. You will support in-field vehicle recovery, directly assist riders, remotely operate vehicles when needed, and ensure robotaxi cleanliness and charge-readiness.This role blends operational execution with customer support, technical responsiveness, and hands-on care of the fleet. You may also support public-facing needs at PUDO sites, assisting with light concierge support and educating the public during high-traffic moments.We are looking for operators who are disciplined, team players, detail-oriented, focused, great customer service communicators, and believe in doing whatever it takes to safely accomplish the mission and make it a great experience for its riders. Beyond expertise in customer service execution, this role requires exceptional empathy, patience, and a relationship-oriented mindset.You will have the opportunity to learn vehicle and personnel operations. You will have a front-row seat to the operational complexities of realizing autonomous mobility on public roads and the chance to contribute to the future.Available Shifts:Thursday - Saturday, 9:30am - 8:00pmSunday - Tuesday 9:30am-5pm, Wednesday 9:30am-6:30pmWednesday - Saturday 5:30pm-2:00amSchedule: 3-4 days/week, 8-hour shifts including one weekend day; day or swing shifts as needed and possible site rotation.Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (two weeks)As a Fleet Response Operator, you will:Respond to vehicle recovery and repositioning of vehicles.Act as Scene Commander during extractions, coordinating with Mission Control, documenting incidents, and supporting vehicle loading.Operate robotaxis using remote input devices (Rovebot) as needed.Assist riders during recovery events, ensuring safe entry/exit from vehicles.Perform basic cleaning and charge confirmation to ensure vehicle readiness.Accurately document incidents and recovery activities using mobile apps and radio communication.Perform basic vehicle readiness tasks: charge confirmation, cleaning, and safety/ops checklists.Use terminal commands to troubleshoot or flash vehicle firmware when trained.Escalate real-time issues to RiderOps or Technical Support for resolution.Maintain clear communication across teams and follow IRP (Incident Response Protocol) standards.Uphold brand standards through professional behavior and uniform compliance.Support public engagement at PUDO locations by assisting with concierge duties, guiding members of the public, and filling in as needed to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
