Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production team members to join our dynamic facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and working in an industrial environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To help accomplish this mission, we are searching for a Production Associate responsible for assisting with activities associated with our coating operation. This may include masking parts, mechanical cleaning of parts, loading and unloading parts to and from their coating process. Job also may include counting, sorting, assembling and packing of parts.
Responsibilities
- Perform masking activities
- Perform mechanical cleaning of parts
- Able to use hand tools
- Load and unload parts from production process
- Count, sort, assemble and pack parts
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar machinery is a plus.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
