Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting with various tasks that contribute to orginizational goals. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform masking activities
- Perform mechanical cleaning of parts
- Able to use hand tools
- Load and unload parts from coating process
- Count, sort, assemble and pack parts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicates well with others
- Detailed Oriented and Quality Minded

- Requires minimal supervision, can work independently

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools and power tools are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to speak, read and write English language
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Standing, stooping, bending and reaching overhead
