Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- Three years of experience in a financial analysis role with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive process improvements
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and GAAP Standards
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EBS
- Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish genuine partnerships with key stakeholders
- Proven analytical skillsets, with a track record of providing insights that shape strategic decisions
- Ability to interpret and draw actionable conclusions from financial data, enabling leaders to make informed choices
