- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Partner with department managers to develop and monitor performance metrics
- Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and standard product costs
- Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process
- Support monthly accounting close and financial reporting activities
- Develop and maintain costing rates and standard product cost
- Build and maintain pricing models
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries and cross-functional requests
- Perform ERP data mining to support analysis initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and standard cost accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship skills
- Initiative and ownership of projects and responsibilities
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data integrity validation)
- ERP data mining experience preferred
