Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
As a BCBA you will provide services to individuals with behavioral challenges and skill deficits. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior/treatment plans, data collection/analysis as well as training and supervising direct support staff in the residential treatment facilities.

Employment Requirements Include:
· Background Check-Live scan
· Health Screening/TB Test
· Valid California Driver’s License or ID
· Master’s degree in psychology, public health, social work or a related human services field, plus two years’ experience in the developmental disabilities field.
· 6 years’ experience in field of ABA
Job Responsibilities Include:
· Creates proactive antecedent intervention behavioral plans.
· Applies behavioral principles consistently in all client/staff interactions.
· Supports all staff in applying behavioral intervention plans.
· Conducts resident/staff observations.
· Provides documented assessments of observations.
· Develops and provides staff training programs.
· Develops program plans and other instructional activities that aid in the development of functional skills.
· Observes and monitors fidelity of behavior/treatment plans.
· Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with all program participants and professional development team.
· Responds effectively and manages crisis situations.
· Participates in individual program planning meetings.
· Works with residents, consultants, staff and social workers to implement effective treatment/behavior plans.
