This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Fresno, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and training staff. Day-to-day tasks include supervising direct intervention staff, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the application of Applied Behavior Analysis principles in treatment. The BCBA will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client needs and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to work on-site in Fresno, CA
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
