We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Paso Robles, CA
$15,000 RELOCATION BONUS (1-year commitment)

Join Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health) and be part of a collaborative team delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs in clinic, home, and school settings.

Your Impact as a BCBA:
- Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews
- Create individualized treatment plans with families
- Implement skill acquisition & behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists
- Mentor and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Support the development of social, emotional, cognitive, language, and adaptive life skills
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with ASD, developmental disabilities, and ABA therapy
- Livescan DOJ/FBI background clearance & TB clearance
- Valid driver’s license
- California residency (or ability to relocate)
