Responsibilities include:-
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the implementation team.
Assist with task hand-offs, testing, issue tracking, retesting, and validation.
Support cleanup of the current PSA system, Certinia.
Help transform complex Certinia data into a simplified structure for the new system.
Work through cleanup of 10,000 active projects in the current PSA system.
Interpret, manipulate, slice, and dice data using Excel and pivot tables.
Partner closely with Nicole Young, Adam Bogdanchik, and Betsy to support project timelines.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with PSA systems.
Certinia / FinancialForce experience strongly preferred.
Salesforce experience required or strongly preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including pivots and data manipulation.
Experience supporting PSA system implementations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with messy or complex data.
Understanding of services delivery, time tracking, approvals, billing, or project structures.
