This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and excels at engaging senior decision-makers. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and working closely with internal teams and leadership to close new business.
You are not just a salesperson—you are a pipeline builder, relationship creator, and growth driver.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across target accounts
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Identify, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to closure
- Map accounts and develop long-term relationships within enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to position solutions effectively
- Represent Amtex Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client visits
- Promote capabilities in IT services, staffing, engineering, and digital solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or business development
- Proven track record of high outbound activity and meeting generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Exposure to IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
