Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
  • 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices.
  • 5 years of experience of leading at least a team of 5 engineers/scientists as a direct report.
  • The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
  • Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies
