JD:-

•             Act as Agile Delivery Lead for one or more squads, ensuring disciplined execution of ops-heavy product streams.

•             Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, maintaining delivery plans and team alignment.

•             Track and analyze flow metrics (cycle time, throughput) to improve predictability and efficiency.

•             Identify and resolve delivery impediments to maintain smooth execution.

•             Build and maintain Alteryx workflows for tactical process automation and operational optimization.

•             Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align on business outcomes and priorities.

•             Ensure backlog clarity with well-defined definition of ready/done for all deliverables.

•             Drive incremental value delivery through continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

•             Provide strong stakeholder communication and coordination across business and technology teams.

•             Apply proven Agile delivery leadership experience, including Scrum Master responsibilities.

•             Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and change-management standards throughout delivery.

•             Support UAT sign-offs, cutover planning, and hypercare for successful implementation.

•             Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration.

•             Demonstrate hands-on Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced skills for automation and data transformation.

•             Measure success through sprint predictability, flow metrics, UAT completion, and stakeholder satisfaction within the first 90 days.
