They deliver high-quality, client-facing software and digital solutions in a consulting environment.Role SummaryOur client is looking for a Junior Program Manager to support and coordinate the delivery of multiple Agile software initiatives. This is a hands-on execution role, focused on delivery discipline, Agile ceremonies, coordination, and clear client communication—under the guidance of more senior delivery leadership.This role is ideal for a more junior profile with solid Agile delivery experience who wants exposure to premium clients and a consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRun Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritizationTrack delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and action itemsMaintain Jira and Confluence with accurate, up-to-date delivery dataCoordinate across developers, QA, and technical leadsPrepare clear status updates and reports for internal and client stakeholdersEscalate risks and blockers early to senior leadershipSupport continuous improvement of delivery processesIdeal Profile~5–8 years experience in Agile software delivery (Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Junior Program Manager)Prior client-facing or consulting experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery in real-world (non-dogmatic) environmentsHighly organized, structured, and execution-focusedProfessional, polished communicator (important for luxury clients)Comfortable working on-site in NYC Flatiron District (Manhattan)Jira & Confluence required; Salesforce is a plusAgile certifications are a plusAny experience in the High-end, Luxury brands industry is also a plus.What This Role Is / Is NotThis IS:A hands-on delivery coordination roleA strong learning platform in luxury digital consultingExposure to senior stakeholders and premium clientsThis is NOT:A senior portfolio or strategy roleA fully autonomous Program Director positionA fully remote roleInterview ProcessHR screenDelivery / Agile interview with Program LeadershipOfferTo ApplySubmit your resume in confidence to claudelle@cbsmartrecruit.com.
