Service Delivery Project Manager
Lead IT infrastructure and deployment projects from kickoff through completion and transition to support services. Serve as the primary client contact while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully documented.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects including network, infrastructure, security, and field deployments
- Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful site readiness and execution
- Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and change management (ConnectWise)
- Lead client and internal kickoff meetings, status updates, and project communications
- Oversee onsite execution planning, including labor, materials, access, and deployment readiness
- Track progress, escalations, and technician activity while maintaining accurate documentation
- Facilitate customer walkthroughs, punch lists, final acceptance, and sign-off
- Ensure smooth handoff to managed services/support teams, including documentation and closeout requirements
- Maintain consistent use of tools, templates, and reporting standards (ConnectWise, Microsoft 365)
Qualifications
- 3 years in IT project management, service delivery, or MSP environments
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, network, or technology deployment projects
- Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills across technical and client stakeholders
- Familiarity with PSA tools such as ConnectWise (or similar platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
