Lead the way in AI-driven forecasting

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing Retail team. In this role, you’ll bring together technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership. You’ll act as a trusted partner for both internal teams and clients, helping translate strategy into execution, overseeing delivery, and driving growth in the retail sector.

What you’ll do 

Drive business growth and client impact and business growth 

• Develop new business opportunities, grow client relationships, and develop proposals and pitches that move us forward; 

• Act as a trusted advisor to retail and e-commerce clients, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation; 

• Represent ADC’s values in every interaction - building long-term partnerships grounded in trust and impact; 

Lead and deliver impactful AI and data projects 

• Oversee data and AI projects in retail, from pricing and forecasting to data platforms; 

• Translate complex business needs into data-driven strategies and technical solutions; 

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery - ensuring quality, alignment, and measurable outcomes; 

Lead and enable your team 

• Mentor and support consultants, data scientists, and engineers, fostering continuous learning and collaboration; 

• Bring structure, clarity, and energy to complex projects and fast-paced delivery cycles; 

• Partner closely with the Industry Lead and fellow Senior Managers to shape the future of ADC’s retail practice 

What you bring 

At ADC, we value ownership, collaboration, and a pragmatic mindset. For this role, we’re looking for someone who can combine technical depth with commercial drive. 

• 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or AI, ideally in consulting or a fast-paced retail environment; 

• Strong understanding of retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce dynamics and business models; 

• Commercial mindset with a track record of building client relationships and identifying new opportunities; 

• Hands-on experience or strong affinity with data science or engineering; 

• Proven experience leading projects, managing teams, and delivering business value; 

• Strategic thinker with an outward focus and high energy, someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment; 

• Ambitious in personal development;  

• Fluency in Dutch and English. German is a plus.
