As a Manager, you'll work at the strategic level: advising clients, strengthening risk frameworks, and helping top-tier institutions make smarter, more compliant decisions.

What You’ll Do
Lead client engagements focused on credit risk and capital modelling (e.g. IRB, IFRS 9)
Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory developments and risk management strategies
Help clients future-proof their risk governance by aligning frameworks with evolving standards (EBA, BCBS 239)
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies
Support business development by identifying new clients and building long-term relationships
Provide strategic oversight on modelling projects without being buried in code
Guide and coach consultants, shaping the next generation of risk professionals
Represent ADC in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing forums
What You Bring
5 years of experience in financial risk, regulatory advisory, model validation/development, or consultancy
In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment for credit risk (IRB, IFRS 9, EBA guidelines)
Experience in complex statistical analysis in languages such as Python, R
Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in banks or financial institutions
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated business development skills and an existing network within financial services or banking
A relevant finished MSc (Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or similar)
Full professional communication skills in Dutch and English
A collaborative, proactive mindset and a natural ability to connect insights to outcomes
