• Coordinate onboarding: schedule trainers, facilitate welcome sessions, and mentor new hires.
• Deliver OJT using approved OJT Guides, Work Instructions, and Quality Plans.
• Conduct skills verification with JQS files to confirm readiness to produce quality parts.
• Track learner progress; adjust trainer assignments and work schedules with leadership.
• Keep the learning ecosystem organized: database updates, learning plan prep, Kiosk access, and e-learning administration.
• Improve training assets by editing OJT Guides and JQS documents based on field feedback.
• Review trainer performance; refine trainer qualification criteria; help recruit, select, and train instructors.
• Identify documentation/process gaps and partner with Training and Operations to resolve them.
• Lead or participate in operational improvement projects that elevate performance.
• Roll out training for Procedure, Work Instruction, and Quality Plan updates, RCA actions, and annual requirements.
• Be an advocate for new tools and systems like our LMS, Beekeeper, and MES.

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug & background screening
• Ability to lift, push & pull 10 to 50 lbs.
• Use of employer-provided PPE as required by the department
• Ability to stand and move throughout the department and shift
• Mechanical aptitude; prior industrial experience preferred
