JOB DESCRIPTION
Medium size law firm client is adding to their civil defense litigation team is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 8-10 years of hands-on civil litigation experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of litigation and can confidently support attorneys through motions, hearing, and trial preparation. - 8-10 years supporting civil litigation attorneys (defense experience strongly preferred and prior litigation secretary experience required)
- Advanced motion formatting (TOA/TOC), pleadings, and briefing support
- State and Federal e-filing expertise, including Appellate experience
- Mastery of calendaring and litigation deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Proactive mindset, you spot issues before they become problems
- Professional judgment and the ability to anticipate attorney needs
- Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
