Location: Ringgold, GA 30736
Salary/Payrate: $20-25/hr W2 with Benefits!
Work Environment: 37.5 hour work week and 100% Onsite
Term: Permanent / Fulltime
Referral Fee: AMS will pay $200 should the person you refer gets hired

Job Description:
A well-established title and real estate services office is seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage transactions from contract to closing. This position plays a key role in ensuring files move efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional service throughout the closing process.
Responsibilities
- Manage files from contract receipt through closing
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Order payoffs, title work, and supporting documentation
- Prepare files and ensure all required documents are complete
- Schedule closings and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
- Support post-closing activities as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- Two years of title, real estate, mortgage, or closing experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills and an interest in real estate will be considered
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title or closing software preferred
