Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000

Reports to: Associate Vice President

Location: Nashville, TN

Located in our beautiful Nashville, TN facility and reporting to the Associate Vice President, the Refrigeration Client Manager will identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable refrigeration service and maintenance agreements. You will excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers from first contact to closing the deal.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
• Develop and execute salesplans to meet sales goals.
• Initiate and build trusting relationships with potential customers, respond to their needs and identify solutions, generate quotes and close orders.
• Develop, estimate, presentand secure servicemaintenance agreements on equipment, controls, and systems.
• Create and submitestimates of work for service repairs and small projects.
• Manage service contracts, service calls, change-orders and submittals for small projects.
• Be responsive to customers’ needs and work with other AMS disciplines to provide a complete pack of services to our customers.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience in the Mechanical or construction industry.
• 5 to 10 years of refrigeration industrysales experience.
• Extensive sales experience with proven successful relationship building and sellingservice contracts and repeat business, strongly preferred experience in refrigeration service or related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verballyand written to varied levelsof audiences.
• Ability to work independently, a self-starter who is both goal-oriented and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations.
