Depending On Your Background, You May Contribute By
- Supporting or leading plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, production efficiency, OEE, and cost optimization.
- Designing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies that enhance uptime and performance.
- Partnering across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and capital projects.
- Executing or supporting capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities.
- Applying structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
- Embedding a culture of 5S, standard work, visual management, continuous improvement, and disciplined operating systems.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards.
We’re interested in connecting with professionals who bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent technical experience
- 2–15 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, or process engineering (we hire across levels)
- Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- A strong safety-first mindset and a passion for structured problem-solving
- Curiosity, accountability, and a drive to continuously improve plant systems and performance
