Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and develop new commercial HVACR opportunities within target industries.
- Represent company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Deliver proposals and close new business for planned service, repairs, and equipment installations.
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline, achieve quarterly quotas, and build business
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and estimating teams to review blueprints and specifications.
- Communicate technical HVACR solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Visit job sites to evaluate project scope and develop accurate, tailored proposals.
- Prepare cost estimates for HVACR services and equipment.
- Submit timely and competitive bids in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track and follow up on bid opportunities using CRM tools.
Education & Experience
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with 4 years in outside sales experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, or other related field.
- Experience in commercial HVACR systems, TAB services, or estimating is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Base salary: $90K - $100K, OTE: $150K

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
