Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Strategic Growth
- Identifies, develops, and executes strategic partnerships within the home care, senior living, and healthcare provider ecosystem.
- Establishes new business opportunities through targeted C-suite engagement, leveraging industry relationships and insights.
- Drives revenue growth by developing and implementing innovative partnership strategies that enhance market reach.
- Sales & Negotiations
- Leads high-level negotiations, structuring partnership agreements that align with growth objectives.
- Delivers compelling sales presentations and value-driven storytelling to engage decision-makers.
- Closes enterprise-level contracts with home care providers, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations.
- Implementation & Market Integration
- Collaborates closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth deployment of the home health platform within care delivery models.
- Provides strategic guidance on best practices for integrating the solution into existing clinical workflows and operations.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring long-term success and maximizing solution adoption.
- ≥5 years of senior-level business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership experience within home care and related industries.
- Deep and wide connections in the home care market.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Deep understanding of home care, senior living, and healthcare operations, including provider access, care delivery models, and reimbursement structures.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate vision, value, and strategic insights to key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed to develop and maintain key relationships.
