Job Title: Practice Coordinator
Location(s): San Francisco, CA
Overview:
The Practice Coordinator 3 provides both front and back office support in a high-volume orthosurgery spine clinic setting. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, excellent patient service, and effective coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide administrative and clinical support for daily clinic operations.
- Handle patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and documentation within APeX.
- Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and staff.
- Manage clinic flow for approximately 75 - 80 patients per day.
- Assist in back-office duties as needed to support providers and medical assistants.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a clinical or healthcare administrative role.
- Training: Must be APeX-trained (no exceptions).
