- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to execute business process analysis and translate into IT operational support policies and procedures.
- Software Testing experience (Automated or Manual).
- Proficient in supporting agile development and project management tasks.
- Takes initiative.
- Ability to work independently.
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
- Azure DevOps for agile project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office O365 suite including Project, Excel, Teams, and Visio (scheduling, flowcharts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- SharePoint site administration.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Experience with Compliance tools (ie. RSAM, Xacta360, etc.).
