What the Hiring Manager is REALLY looking for

  • True Performance Engineer (NOT just QA/Automation)
  • Own end-to-end performance testing
  • Analyze results and suggest tuning improvements
  • Work across App DB Infra layers
  • Strong in JMeter BlazeMeter (MUST HAVE)
  • AWS Microservices environment experience
  • Translate performance results into actionable insights

Must-Have Skills (Strict)

  • Performance Testing (5 years)
  • JMeter BlazeMeter (mandatory)
  • Load / Stress / Endurance testing
  • AWS On-Prem experience
  • Microservices architecture understanding
  • Observability tools (Dynatrace / Splunk / Grafana / Geneos)
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Coding (Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy / TypeScript)
