Job Title: Google Cloud Platform -GCP Conversational Architect
Location(s): Philadelphia, PA
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration.
- Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
- Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
- Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with conversational analytics and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, Twilio).
- Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.
