Key Responsibilities:
Project & Program Management
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics aligned with client objectives.
- Manage dependencies across AI platform development, model deployment, training, and change management workstreams.
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement across technical and non-technical teams.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate with client leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones through regular reporting and executive briefings.
- Support stakeholder onboarding and engagement for new AI capabilities, including Agentic AI systems.
- Identify and manage project risks, including technical, operational, and compliance-related concerns.
- Ensure project activities align with federal standards for security, privacy, and ethical AI use.
- Collaborate with governance and legal teams to support documentation and audit readiness.
- Work closely with AI architects, AI/ML engineers, cloud specialists, and training leads to synchronize efforts.
- Support resource planning, onboarding, and team development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience managing complex technology projects, including AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience with GenAI platforms and Agentic AI systems.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in cloud, data, and AI domains.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Teams).
