MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years' experience in leading communications and organizational change management strategy development and implementation.
- At least 3 years' experience in communication development for business / digital transformation or large-scale technology programs.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully driving adoption of innovative technologies and delivery methodologies in organizations, in government or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.).
HIGHLY VALUED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred master's degree in business administration, Communications or a related field.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
- Preferred certification in Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
