Hybrid: Onsite on Monday and Wednesday
Work location: Office 340 Seven Springs Way, Suite 200, Brentwood, TN, 37027
Duration: 3 Months
Job Description:
- Prepares billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing process.
- Registers payment and sends correspondence.
- Takes appropriate action with delinquent accounts, and helps clients and customers with billing issues.
- Performs work associated with enrollment and billing.
- Performs other work as assigned.
Overall Responsibilities:
- New account set up.
- Refunds.
- UEP/DSP account maintenance.
- Managing UEP/UES boxes.
- Handling incoming billing calls.
- Managing UEP outlook inboxes.
- Managing UEP enroll account tickets.
