Position Overview:
The OCM Lead will serve as a hands-on subject matter expert, guiding the implementation of organizational change management, training, and workforce planning activities in support of our customer’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program. This role requires deep expertise in OCM frameworks and methodologies, relevant certifications, and the ability to lead and collaborate with AI consultants, business units, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Change Management (OCM):
- Collaborate with the Office of the Chief AI Officer (OCAIO) to understand and support the AI Program’s vision, mission, goals and objectives, including adoption strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with customer’s AI Strategy, AI policy, and culture.
- Create an actionable OCM roadmap including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analysis.
- Design and manage a communications plan to support change initiatives.
- Apply industry-standard OCM methodologies and provide project management oversight.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation of OCM effectiveness through surveys, focus groups, and milestone tracking.
- Foster stakeholder ownership and accountability throughout the change lifecycle.
Training Planning and Development:
- Conduct a learning needs assessment for AI learning across organizational division, levels, and job families.
- Develop and maintain a training strategy cascading from the OCM plan.
- Create and curate AI-related courses (general, technical, policy/governance).
- Provide detailed course documentation including objectives, prerequisites, delivery methods, learning content.
- Define participant assessment methods and success criteria; implement post-course satisfaction surveys.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver three (3) training courses per quarter, each with multiple sessions.
- Provide all course materials, certificates, and support services.
- Assess training effectiveness and report participant feedback.
Community of Practice Engagement:
- Manage the AI Community of Practice (AI CoP) and external speaker series.
- Contribute ongoing AI-related content via blog posts, news summaries, and monthly presentations.
Workforce Planning and Impact Assessment:
- Define AI-related talent profiles and align with job families.
- Assess AI impact on roles and develop competency models.
- Conduct workforce AI competency gap analysis.
- Develop AI Workforce Development and Talent Acquisition Strategies.
- Support implementation and evaluation of workforce planning recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading OCM initiatives within technology or AI programs.
- Certifications in OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their organizational impact.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Reports to the AI Consultant Program Manager.
