The client is seeks a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Modernization Project, replacing the current procurement system with a state-of-the-art cloud solution. This role drives adoption, communication, training, and minimal disruption.

The client is seeks a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Modernization Project is replacing the existing on-premises procurement management system with a new state-of-the-art cloud solution. The Office of Contracting and Procurement seeks a Change Management Specialist who will play a key role in the change management process. This role involves: 

·         Aligning changes with organizational goals

·         Assessing the impact of new system processes

·         Facilitating communication among stakeholder groups

·         Scheduling training and providing support to ensure smooth adoption

·         Emphasizing minimal disruption to existing work while maintaining the project schedule. 

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Required 20 Years  

·         Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP). Required 16 Years  

·         Change management documentation with demonstrated writing and editing skills. Required 16 Years  

·         Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages and target documents to a variety of audience. Required 16 Years  

·         Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required 16 Years 

·         Willing to work onsite 4 days a week. Required  

·         Experience or familiarity with contract law or procurement processes is desired. Desired 16 Years
