Job Title: Administrative/Practice Coordinator
Location(s): San Francisco, CA
Role Overview:
The Practice Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact in a high-volume call center environment within the Orthopaedic Institute. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting patients, and ensuring smooth communication across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls (approx. 400 calls/day).
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
- Accurately document and relay information.
- Maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.
- Support overall clinic operations as directed.
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
- Experience: No specific years required; prior call center experience preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Training: APeX training not required (open to non-APeX trained candidates).
