Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Janitorial Maintenance professional to oversee and coordinate all cleaning, sanitation, and custodial operations within our facilities. This will be a salary position and will be determined during interview process. This energetic leader will strip n wax commercial floors and will clean commercial buildings as needed, will also clean apartments ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Will drive company truck n trailer to some locations and personal transportation to other locations as needed. candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive custodial and industrial cleaning experience, and a passion for creating safe, welcoming environments. As the leader of our janitorial team, you will drive operational excellence, uphold safety regulations, and foster a culture of teamwork and customer service. You will be trained and more explained during interview. Will drug test all new hires

Duties

• Supervise and lead janitorial staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation across all facility areas
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to meet daily, weekly, and special project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and sanitation protocols are met
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, use of equipment, and sanitation best practices
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure adherence to health standards in all custodial activities
• Coordinate with management to implement cleaning & sanitation management plans for industrial and commercial spaces

Skills

• Extensive experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, and commercial cleaning environments
• Proven staff supervision and team management skills with a track record of effective leadership
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices
• Excellent managerial communication abilities to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments
• Customer service orientation to address facility needs promptly and professionally
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance
• Ability to manage laundry operations or hospitality-related housekeeping tasks as needed

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
