Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces.
• Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing residents’ linens and clothing with care.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying protective treatments to preserve flooring quality.
• Handle manual tasks like heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while adhering to proper handling techniques.
• Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment efficiently to clean surfaces, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas when required.
• Communicate professionally with residents regarding cleaning schedules or special requests while providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, floor care techniques, and the safe operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety precautions.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple apartments or units.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior common areas or balconies.
• Basic familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and janitorial procedures enhances your versatility in this role.
