Who You Are:
Amoskeag Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Educator who is passionate about enhancing clinical excellence, compliance, and professional growth. You design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and evaluate a robust clinical education program supporting:
- Regulatory compliance and safety
- Clinical competency
- Staff development and retention
- Quality of care
- Lead onboarding and orientation for all new clinical and support staff related to training and competencies

Develop and deliver tailored in-service and continuing education programs covering:
- Clinical procedures and workflows
- Infection prevention and control
- Emergency preparedness
- Emerging public health trends (e.g., vaccine protocols, behavioral health integration)
- Maintain a master education calendar and communicate training opportunities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR to implement and track mandatory annual education and compliance training (e.g., BLS, MOAB, Skills Days)
- Develop and maintain a centralized, auditable system to track staff participation in clinical education

Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and clinical leadership to ensure compliance with:
- HRSA and FTCA program requirements
- OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS standards
- Internal policies and procedures
- Provide timely education and remediation following audits, safety events, or clinical performance reviews
- Assist in developing, disseminating, and educating staff on evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols
- Contribute to organizational quality improvement (QI) and risk mitigation initiatives through staff education and engagement
- Participate in patient/clinical policy review to ensure staff training aligns with current evidence and regulatory expectations
- Establish and manage a comprehensive Continuing Education (CE) program
- Coordinate CEU/CME opportunities for nursing staff, medical assistants, and care coordination teams
- Collaborate with local universities, professional networks, and accreditation bodies to deliver high-value programming
- Organize clinical-based workshops, certification programs (e.g., BLS, MOAB), and guest speaker sessions
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire required. Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) or similar credential preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience required.
- Experience in staff education, clinical training, or professional development is required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification preferred — candidates without current certification will be required to complete an Amoskeag Health provided AHA BLS class upon hire (must be maintained)
- BLS Instructor certification preferred; if not currently certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
- MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) Instructor certification preferred; if not currently certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Previous experience in community health or an FQHC setting preferred.
- Knowledge of FTCA, HRSA Operational Site Visit (OSV) requirements, and other relevant FQHC regulations strongly preferred.

- Compensation for this role is $40-$49/hour.
- This position is Full-Time 40 hours, on-site for first month, then hybrid (2 remote days possible).
