The Position
- The Interim Revenue Cycle Leader will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day financial operations throughout the facility.
- This leader will focus on ongoing department initiatives including medical coding, collections, cash posting, accounts receivable, and charge capture.
- The Interim Revenue Cycle leader must strive to maintain and develop change management and ADC processes, while collaborating closely with product management to optimize performance.
- The Interim leader will strive to provide strong leadership and/or mentorship to staff members while focusing highly on implementing and maintaining a positive work environment centered around communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Seeking an experienced revenue cycle leader who will seize opportunities to optimize financial growth throughout the organization.
- This opportunity is remote.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
