A Washington hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager of Social Work!

The Position

• The Interim Manager, Social Work, will have oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department, including an assigned case load.
• The Interim Manager will lead approximately 10 FTEs and will ensure that implemented processes are followed for discharge planning and will innovate strategies to lower the average length of stay.
• Will evaluate and improve opportunities and weaknesses surrounding the clinical resource management and will follow/maintain all current and new guidelines.
• Seeking a strong, hands-on leader who will provide adequate support to team members and will hold the staff accountable for all standards that are in place.
• We're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for this role.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• MSW degree is required.
• LICSW license is required.
• A minimum of five years of leadership experience within a Social Work setting is required.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
