A California medical center is seeking their next Interim Manager, Residency Programs (GME)!

The Position

• The Interim Manager of Residency Programs, Graduate Medical Education (GME), will lead oversee day-to-day GME education initiatives throughout the facility/system.
• The Interim Manager leader will lead approximately 4 FTEs and will oversee GME education and training programs for approximately 24 enrolled medical student residents.
• Key responsibilities include oversight of Family Medicine and OB programs in addition to the rollout of General Surgery Residency.
• The ideal candidate will bring excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the willingness to collaborate with multiple departments/programs to ensure the success of the GME program.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
